About Dasha & Sacred Weavings

To be alive is to be always in passage — moving through thresholds, drawn forward by our longing to grow closer: to those we love, to the wild world, to that quiet place within where meaning is born.

Every myth, every faith, has known this, giving us rites to mark the turning points — ways of honoring what ends and what begins. The earth's original caretakers understood it too, reading the seasons as a mirror for the human heart.

"If you will stay close to nature, to its simplicity, to the small things hardly noticeable, those things can unexpectedly become great and immeasurable." ~ Rainer Maria Rilke

Within each of us lives an entire cast, a play written across the sky of time. We have all stood in the spotlight — as hero, as victim, as witness, even as villain. Sacred Weavings asks us to look deeper: to remember that we are the weavers, threading the plot, shaping the characters we become.

The ancient weaver mythos knew this truth long before us — the spinners who drew the thread of a life, measured its length, and cut it when the pattern was complete. We carry that same loom within. Sacred Weavings invites us to trace our fingers along the threads already woven — the joy and the ache, the loss that taught us as much as the desire — and to keep weaving with open eyes. Like death, a Sacred Weaving is never truly an ending, only the thread continuing, gently calling the soul to keep spinning toward its own truth.

 ABOUT DASHA

Hello! My name is Dasha (pronounced like “Daysha”) and I want to personally welcome you into the world of Sacred weavings.

I have played within the liminal space of dreaming my whole life, and as my bond with nature and Source has deepened over the years, I've come to know this dreamspace as the very loom from which we were woven at birth, and the place our thread returns to when we die — which is why I feel called to be a soul midwife, a companion for seekers wishing to enter into dialogue with the holy presence of Soul Source.

“There is something at work in my soul, which I do not understand.” ~ Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley

I'm here to help you follow grief's thread — one of our greatest teachers, weaving gratitude, reciprocity, and meaning into the stories of our lives.

Life itself and travel have been my greatest teachers. I have pilgrimaged through sacred lands in Southern France, England, Greece, Mexico, and North America, attuning to their ley lines and the stories held by rock, river, tree, and bee. I feel a deep kinship with the language of nature, and with the divine feminine and masculine within me, revealed through the dream archetypes of myth and memory.

In 2021, I began dreaming with the bees and Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Answering their call, I journeyed to Her shrine in Mexico City and the Pyramids of Teotihuacan — a pilgrimage that catalyzed the rebirth of my true story, and deeper work into the mysteries of consciousness, the multiverse, and the many ways trauma lives in our minds, bodies, and energy fields.

 About Sacred Weavings

What are sacred weavings?

Sacred Weavings is an invitation to explore what it means to be a conscious spiritual being having a human experience — each thread a gentle nudge from Source, asking us to pay attention, to engage mindfully with the world's masked miracles. It is the harmonic resonance and lingering scent that hold liminal memory of what our hearts weave as most holy. The breath before love's first and last kiss. The leap into surrender. The night owl's hoot at Dreamtime's threshold. It is birth and death and every thread between — woven into one sacred pattern.

“Someone I loved once gave me a box full of darkness. It took me years to understand that this too, was a gift.”
― Mary Oliver

What am I offering with Sacred Weavings?

First — this is for anyone. ALL ARE WELCOME, with nothing required but an open mind and an open heart. I know we are all doing our best to navigate a complicated world. I've completed years of spiritual training, but my greatest teacher has been life itself, and what I've learned — for myself and witnessed in others — is that every threshold moment asks first for a safe container: a place to speak from the heart and know those words are heard, and that they matter. Only after that safety is woven does the deeper work become possible.

Because our needs shift and vary like thread through a loom, I've shaped Sacred Weavings into something more like a curio cabinet of offerings, waiting for you to explore playfully. Before we begin, we'll map your journey together — which nature friends and plant allies to bring, which ancestors and guides to call in. Think of me as a field guide and translator for the liminal, helping you find and follow your own thread home.

“Arising there, a china cabinet, its gifts enclosed in a hug. Atop a pedestal table, hand-sanded and love-stained, Mom's Christmas cactus trails and cascades in forest greens awaiting pink-winged petals alighting in season, a crescendo of bloom framed an autumn-light meandering through remembrance like a dream.”
― Christina M. Ward

Imagine sitting with me by a fire, a warm drink in hand, wrapped in a blanket beneath an indigo sky alive with stars and fireflies. Bees hum, frogs and crickets sing, weaving a circle of soul harmonics around us. I am there beside you — tending the flames, listening without judgment as your story unspools like thread into the night.

As you speak, I begin weaving a dialogue between you and the living world, which is always speaking to us in the language of Source. Together we listen for the wisdom stirring in the fire, the trees, the babbling creek — every thread of it sentient, alive, and waiting to be heard.

Together, we will journey into your story — honoring where you've been, dreaming of where you're still going. We will celebrate your wins and grieve your losses fully; we have all lost so much. I will act as scribe, weaving careful notes into the fabric of what matters most to you, bearing witness to what is sacred. Together we'll craft legacy and resolve, honoring the mysteries only these hard passages reveal. We'll arrive with hearts full and minds set free — only to discover that, like Sacred Weavings within a story, the journey never truly ends. The thread branches on, littered with breadcrumbs left by our lost soul parts, leading us home to our heart's center, where a new thread waits for you to choose.
