Writing has been a tool I return to again and again, because when we set our feelings onto the page, the power of our sacred words — the power of our voice — awakens. I've worked with writers for years, first as a student in Belmont University's creative writing program, and later as a Graduate Assistant editing and mentoring personal essays, prose, poetry, and short fiction. Since then, I've contributed chapters to three bestselling collaborative books, and in 2023, I led a fourth book project. Dreaming with Bees: Sacred Medicine from Beyond the Veil of Grief became a #1 bestseller on Amazon in 19 categories.
Guiding 23 authors through that project deepened my gift for helping writers find their voice and bring their story home, and it's a gift I'm excited to now offer through 1:1 sessions and small group writing circles for writers of every genre ready to tap into their intuition and uncover the stories waiting in the liminal realms.

Dreaming with Bees in Search of our Honeyed Words
Join me for a beautiful 1:1 ceremony that will call forth the creative juices of our dreams. We will work to awaken the Muses that live within every soul, exploring poetry, prose, and song and ultimately the healing codes hidden within all works created from the heart space. We will play with art to give form, texture, pattern and color to our words. Together, we will build a crystal grid to protect and charge the container holding your beautiful project. You will get to keep the crystal grid using it daily to connect more deeply with your vision. This sacred container can be held as a single 2 hour session to help ignite your creativity or if you’re needing to incubate a longer project, I offer two bundled packages which includes some extra goodies. Sun Sipping with the Delphic Bee - Breathwork and Creative Nonfiction
Join me for a beautiful ceremony where we will call in the energy of our bee friends to help us discern the wisdom of our dreams and our own ancestral stories. We will combine the practice of Rebirthing Breathwork and “Sun Sipping” (like our bee friends) helping to birth healing works of creative nonfiction. The Delphic Bee was another name given to the Oracle of Delphi in Ancient Greece. Breathwork activates dormant DMT that is naturally found in our lungs. This triggers the opening of the pineal gland/third eye so that we can fly high on bees’ wings, accessing our centers of creativity. We will work with the powerful life force energy of our central Sun, drawing it in through the cells of our bodies and the bodies of the stories waiting to be plucked and honored like wildflowers swaying in the valleys of Southern France.

Check out our Events page for our Dreaming with Bees writing circles held monthly. Our best stories will be included in a fundraising event for the nonprofit Aluna Bridge, whose mission is to offer support and sanctuary to dying women & children who are also experiencing housing insecurities. We will have a private forum page where work can be shared. Occasionally, we will have guest speakers sharing writing tips and insights.
